TOP LAYER :
Top layer of each our wood laminated parquet is carefully selected and produced from the most efficient,healthy forests in the world. At each step of production, wood species, quality, age and resistance are systematically controlled by our experienced employees.Thickness is 4 mm
BOTTOM CONSTRUCTION LAYER :
We use a special high quality 10 mm Marine-Plywood at the bottom construction layer. Both sides are calibrated and water resistant. The plywoods are produced by our special production unit. These are the important features that improves the quality and life of our Parquets.
VARNISH :
Wood laminated parquets have 6 layers UV polish on the top layer. UV polish is totally suitable for the environment and it does not contain any chemical that can harm environmental health. Polishing process contains 4 layers sealer and 2 layers varnish stages. When it is neccessary, it can be calibrated many times,and it has a feature of easy cleaning.
GLUING:
The glue that we use between bottom and top layer is a very special glue from Europe.
It is a water-based glue. In order to carry our parquets resistance figures to maximum rates, we conduct tests which measure the resistance of the glue under different conditions.
